What it’s all about

Join the UK Bits team as the lead for Events and Partnership! Help spread the word about Bits in the UK by organising and executing on key events and partnerships across all categories in the UK (Pokémon, Sports, Funko, Comics and more!).

  • Your role will be to identify and lead on attending or creating meaningful events related to pop culture collectables. This includes sourcing and partnering influencers, third party events, and leading on inhouse events to drive more users to the platform.

  • Bits has massive potential and we have grown exponentially in the past 2 months!

  • This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-led, mobile-first business where much is still to be defined and built. There may be an opportunity to extend or grow into a full time role!

You’ll be among the first to join the UK team, working directly with Walter (Country Manager UK) and will regularly engage with the Ops, Marketing and Commercial team.

2. Role & Responsibilities

We're looking for passionate personalities committed to:

  • Come up with creative ideas for events to engage and attract users to our platform

  • Lead on the administrative and operational execution of events

  • Seek out partnerships that maximise brand awareness and user acquisition

  • Head hunt sellers from all categories

3. Key Requirements

  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your objectives

  • You are great at relationship building and management

  • You are structured and detailed-oriented in your ways of working

  • You are focused on executing and delivering on time

  • 1 - 2 years experience in events & partnerships

  • Have completed a bachelor degree in Marketing or Sales

  1. First interview with our Talent Partner Nicholas (30min)

  2. Interview with Walter, Country Manager UK (approx. 45 min)

  3. Interview with Sam, VP of Commercial (approx. 45 min)
