MISSIONS
As a Solution Engineer, you will be the technical expert supporting the sales cycle. Your mission is to demonstrate the value of solutions, design tailored configurations, and ensure prospects clearly understand how our platform meets their compliance and risk management needs.
You will work closely with account executives and prospects to :
Prepare and deliver impactful product demos and technical presentations focused on compliance and risk mitigation
Translate business requirements into technical solutions during discovery phases
Build and maintain customized demo environments showcasing real-world use cases in supplier compliance and risk control
Provide technical expertise during RFP responses
This role also involves post-sales handover and initial configuration and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that address compliance and risk management challenges
Prepare and maintain pre-sales demo environments for presentations
Conduct post-sales workshops and guide clients through onboarding
Write and optimize SQL queries for data integration and reporting
Integrate APIs and SaaS solutions to meet client requirements
Act as a trusted advisor on compliance and risk management best practices
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless delivery
You will work with French team member, inside an international Group.
DESIRED PROFILE
Education and background
Master’s degree in computer engineering or computer science
Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineer position
Experience in software company
Hard skills
Proficiency in pre-sales processes : demos and technical presentations, workshops, translation of client’s needs, technical expertise, on-boarding
Proficiency in SQL, APIs, SaaS, and RESTful API systems
knowledge of risk management, compliance and purchasing processes
Ability to communicate with different people : purchasing, IT departments, sales team…
