About the job
The company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team. He/she will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships between their organization and key innovation partners.
Identifying and cultivating new exploration partnerships focused on geological and exploration activities.
Developing strategies to support exploration initiatives, aiming at discovering new mineral deposits efficiently.
Building strong relationships with exploration stakeholders, including junior and mining companies, geoscientists, and environmental experts.
Negotiating exploration partnership agreements, ensuring long-term mutual benefits for us and for our partners.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including geology, exploration, and business development.
Monitoring exploration partnership performance and suggesting improvements to optimize discovery efforts while minimizing environmental impact.
Staying informed about industry trends in exploration technologies, mineral deposit discovery techniques, and competitor activities to identify potential new exploration opportunities.
Coordinating exploration efforts with internal and external stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for raw material discovery.
What we are looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or related field.
10 years of experience in innovation, open innovation, business development or marketing
Knowledge in mining operation and in the global mining ecosystem is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and results oriented skills.
Fluent in English.
