As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for imagining, launching, monitoring and analyzing new and smart acquisition campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition with some seller initiatives as well.
Campaign Design: design and execute multi-channel campaigns on a regular basis to increase our installs as well as supporting commercial campaigns based off market priorities, content calendar and local opportunities.
Paid Ads: Manage performance-based paid marketing efforts to reach acquisition and retention objectives (Social eg Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Budget Optimization: Work with the head of marketing to define and optimize our marketing-mix based on the performance of past, ongoing, or future channels
Email Marketing: set up and develop our email automations to improve user conversion into buyers and to improve buyers' retention
Data Management: Collaborate with data analytics and tech teams to improve campaign setup and monitoring.
3+ years experience in an online marketing and advertising position, focused on B2C/C2C

Analytical: proven analytical background, you love and manipulate the data, and can both analyze a marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities, build tests to measure impact and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations.
