Concretely, it takes the form of a browser extension helping thousands of customers (including Google, Uber, Mirakl, Spendesk) connect their CRM with LinkedIn. Evolving organically from this simple solution, we are now scaling up while keeping the focus on solving the pain of opinionated CRM flows.

What you will do
Deliver experiments end-to-end, from ideation to analysis, with velocity and quality to drive growth, user acquisition & retention;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of growth initiatives;
Conduct research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and channels;
Monitor and analyze metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement;
Continuously monitor and iterate on growth experiments to maximise impact.
Who you are
Engineering background and 3+ years of experience;
Previous experience in growth marketing or growth engineering, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment;
Demonstrated ability to drive user acquisition and activation through experiments and data-driven decision making;
Proficiency in using tools to measure website and user behavior, as well as conducting experiments to optimize user experience;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in programming is a plus;
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) and their APIs is a plus.
