Be the Trading Card Games Category Manager for Bits in the United Kingdom, developing a high-potential category for Bits’ growth, sourcing, and onboarding sellers and users to give them an amazing collectible trading experience.
Your role will be to develop the TCG category sales by sourcing & partnering with sellers and influencers, ensuring buyers find all they need on Bits
The TCG category has massive potential, with thousands of sellers and collectors in the UK. We launched the category last month and already see significant traction.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-led, mobile-first business where much is still to be defined and built. You will grow as the company grows.
You’ll be among the first to join the UK Category Management team, working directly with Walter (Country Manager UK) and regularly engaging with the Ops, Product and Marketing team.
We're looking for passionate personalities committed to:
Join communities of collectors (on Facebook groups, Discord, etc.) and liaise with our market insider to become expert of the TCG category
Attract users and sellers to our platform to make the category a key pillar of Bits' growth
Partner with content creators / influencers to massify the number of Bits’ downloads
Manage top sellers to achieve commercial targets
Run data analytics to better understand what works and what does not
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your objectives
You are great at relationship building and management
You are structured and detailed-oriented in your ways of working
You are good with numbers and are able to generate insights from data
You are a problem solver and love to find new and better ways to reach targets
You know how to identify pain points and collaborate with other teams (Tech & Product) to constantly improve the experience on Bits
You like autonomy and flexibility but you know when to ask for help and guidance to get things done
You have 2 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a fast-growing start-up
Day to day combining relationship-building, hands-on sales and business analysis and strategy crafting

We are based in Paris, but we are completely flexible regarding remote work. We have a small team in London and we hope you will be one of the first ambassadors of Bits culture in the UK by connecting with future members who will be arriving soon. You will also be coming to Paris to stay in touch with the team!
